Privacy Policy

Effective July 8, 2026 · Influentish is operated by Form Fighter LLC ("we").

What we collect

  • Account: phone number, name, handle, birth date, city, photo, bio, interests, and who vouched you in. Optional demographics (gender, race) are stored privately and used only to improve recommendations.
  • Your content:plans (including flyer screenshots you upload), invites ("Links"), messages, councils, votes, lists, and connections.
  • Location: only when you manually check in on Radar — blurred to roughly 300 meters, visible only to lists you allow for check-ins, updated while that check-in is active, and deleted when you check out, leave the app, or enable ghost mode. There is no automatic check-in. Private zones (geofences) you draw are visible only to you.
  • Device & usage: push notification tokens and basic product analytics (via PostHog) so we can fix and improve the app.

How we use it

To run the app: showing your profile to connections, delivering invites and notifications, parsing flyer screenshots into plans (processed by an AI service), placing things on the map, and keeping the community safe. We do not sell your personal information or show ads.

Who sees what

You control visibility. Lists decide who may see your Radar check-ins and invites. List membership is invisible to members. Anonymous invites hide your identity until someone RSVPs. Messages are visible to their participants.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, push), PostHog (analytics), GIPHY (GIFs), geocoding services (turning addresses into map pins), and an AI provider (flyer parsing). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention & deletion

Invites expire and disappear on their own. You can delete plans, messages, zones, and lists anytime. Deleting your account from Settings removes your profile and content from our systems. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Age

Influentish is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
