Effective July 8, 2026 · Influentish is operated by Form Fighter LLC ("we").

Using Influentish

You must be 18 or older. Joining requires being vouched in by an existing member in real life. You're responsible for your account and for what you post. By using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Community standards

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, or share content that is harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, fraudulent, spammy, or that endangers anyone. You may not use location features to stalk or track someone against their will, impersonate others, or create fake events.

We review reports and take action — including content removal and account suspension or permanent ban — at our discretion, typically within 24 hours. Blocking someone instantly removes their content from your feed and messages and notifies us so we can review.

Your content

You own what you post (flyers, plans, invites, messages). You give us a license to store and display it to the people you share it with — that's it. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

Safety tools

• Report profiles, messages, and Links from the in-app safety menu.
• Block abusive users — they are hidden from your experience immediately.
• Manage blocked users anytime in Settings.

Events happen in the real world

Influentish helps people coordinate — we don't host, run, vet, or endorse any event or person on the platform. Attend at your own judgment. Location on Radar appears only when you manually check in; it is approximate by design and never for emergencies.

The service

Influentish is provided "as is," without warranties. Invites are ephemeral and content may be deleted as part of normal operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form Fighter LLC's total liability to you is limited to $100. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We'll update this page when the terms change; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. Questions: julian@influentish.com.
